Neale Williams commenced his career in Hydraulics and completed his artisanship at Trans Global and Safmarine. where he worked for seven years. He obtained the government ticket in coastal marine engineering. He moved on to spend four years at Hymatic. He then moved on to find new challenges at Reunert Hydraulics, working there for three years. The following five years he worked at Petrel gaining further comprehensive experience Marine and Industrial Hydraulics.
A better job opportunity took him to C.D.M. (Pty) LTD at Oranjemund for five years where he specialised in Mining and Earth Moving equipment. On returning from CDM he worked for five years as a sub-contractor for Hytrel. After this, Neale decided to establish his own company. For the past twenty two years he has built and expanded Neales Hydraulics and Pneumatics, a wholly owned Black company, into one of the most successful and reputable hydraulics companies in the Western Cape. Currently the company has a client base of more than 300 which include the whole SADEC region. Four years ago he established International Hydraulic Importers. The main focus being to import and supply high quality hydraulic parts to the hydraulic market. Thus far it has been one of his greatest investments.
